Rental Conditions and Cancellation policy

WE ALLOW DOMESTIC PETS

PREPAID:
To enjoy the Full Hostel, a 30% deposit must be made in advance by bank transfer to guarantee your reservation. The Hostel will inform you how to make the transfer by email.

PAYMENT:
To rent as a Full House, payment will ALWAYS be at the entrance of the group, in the house.
For rent as a Full House, a DEPOSIT of € 150 will also be charged upon delivery of the keys, which will be returned upon departure once it has been verified that no damage has occurred.
Reservations for both the Apartments and the Rooms will be paid at the end of the stay.
The reservation system requests a valid card number, as a guarantee. It doesn't load anything.

TIMES OF ENTRY AND EXIT

Check In: ​​2:30 PM and Check Out: 12:00 PM for rent by Rooms and Apartments.
      
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, you must inform the hotel in advance.
For rent as a Full House, the entry will be from 17pm and departure until 12pm. of the last contracted day.
For any variation of schedules, you can check with the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the cancellation of the reservation of Apartments and Rooms is made with less than 5 days in advance, 85% of the total reservation will be charged
If the cancellation of the Full House reservation is made less than 14 days in advance, the advanced amount will not be refunded.
Failure to comply with the most basic rules of coexistence and respect within the house, will lead to the expulsion of these clients and cancellation of the reservation without the right to any refund from the client.

NOT PRESENTED POLICY:
If the client does not show up, without informing, until 20pm on the day of arrival, his reservation will be canceled and 100% of it will be charged.

CHILDREN'S POLICY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BEDS:
Children under 5 years old sharing bed with their parents stay FREE.
